The Pontiac Archives is staffed completely by volunteers. The Board of Directors for 2008 is as follows:
President - Elsie Sparrow
Vice-president - Jean P Smith
Treasurer - Pearl McCleary
Secretary - Margaret Firobin
Members at large - Gwen Armstrong, Edith Letts, Venetia Crawford
Other volunteers - Jonathan Crowe, Pauline Grant, Elaine MacPhee, Dorcas Sparling, and Connie Walsh.
Representative from Shawville and Clarendon Councils is Sylvia Poisson-Hodgins.
