Pontiac Archives

2009 Executive for the Pontiac Archives is as follows:

Past President – Elsie Sparrow; President -  Gwen Armstrong; Vice-President – Margaret Firobin; Secretary – Monique Atkinson; Treasurer – Pearl McCleary; Members at Large – Venetia Crawford, Edith Letts and Elaine MacPhee.

Other volunteers include: Pauline Grant, Dorcas Sparling, Jean Smith, and Connie Walsh.

Participating in a 3-month training program are Glenna Campbell and Lorna Younge.

Jonathan Crowe  is host of the Web Page and manages the Email Account and provides professional advise as to what should and should not be on the site.

Sylvia Poisson-Hodgins represents the Municipalities of Shawville and Clarendon.

The Pontiac Archives is designated by Canada Revenue Agency as a charitable organization and has provided a Business Number to issue receipts for charitable donations.  

The Pontiac Archives  holds a Quebec Enterprise Number.
