Ireland Family Genealogy 1821 – 2017
Sunday, November 26th, 2017The Ireland Family Genealogy 1821 – 2017 was donated to the Pontiac Archives September 2017, by Joseph Grant Woolsey. Included is the death of Bryan Murray. Mr Woolsey’s mother Gertrude was the fourth member of the Robert Ireland family of six sons and six daughters. One was Joseph Grant Woolsey who donated this family tree.
The Ireland families all were born in North Onslow, Quebec. The heritage renovated home and farm is occupied by family.

Lariviere and Gravelle family trees
Tuesday, November 21st, 2017Colleen Lariviere, Mayor of Campbell’s Bay, Qc, donated two family trees of her parents, Jean Guy Lariviere and his wife Annette Gravelle.
Dorcas Sparling, Pontiac Archives Volunteer, prepared a binder including the descendants of Francis Sr Lariviere. Almost 200 Pontiac family names are listed.

Shawville Rink Co Ltd shares as of May 1914
Tuesday, November 21st, 2017Shares were sold by The Shawville Rink Co Ltd beginning May 1, 1914. The Shares wee sold to Richardson Bros, Dalton Richardson and Ebert Richardson in 1948.
Copies of shares are now in the Pontiac Archives, Shawville, Quebec, donated by Sheila Richardson-McDowell.
